Who are you and what do you actually do?
We are a company offering comprehensive support for owners/landlords of vacation rentals in Berlin. From the very beginning, we specialized in the professional cleaning of vacation rentals. Over the past few years, we have increasingly focused on providing comprehensive support and expanding our range of services. Our team performs approximately 80% of all services ourselves, giving you a single point of contact for everything.

What happens after my request?
We will contact you immediately, as there are often still some details to be clarified before we can provide a meaningful offer.

Will you inspect my apartment before making an offer?
That would be ideal - unfortunately, the apartments are usually still occupied, so we need at least the possibility to view your apartment online, via a link to Airbnb, Booking, Wunderflats, etc.

Once all the details have been discussed, we can get started right away.

What does departure cleaning mean?
Departure cleaning is a slightly simplified version of the deep cleaning. This involves cleaning after a short-term stay by your guests. After their departure, our team cleans the entire apartment and disinfects all contact surfaces. They change the towels and bed linens. Checking the cupboards and, if necessary, cleaning the contents of the kitchen are also part of the departure cleaning.

What does deep cleaning mean?
A deep cleaning is an intensive cleaning of the entire apartment after a long-term stay by your guests. We literally turn your apartment upside down! All appliances and machines are cleaned. Pillows, blankets, curtains, and other covers can be sent to our laundry for hygienic cleaning. Limescale and mold removal in wet areas is always a major concern after your guests have stayed in the apartment for an extended period. Mattresses and bed frames are vacuumed, and all closets and their contents are thoroughly cleaned.

What does interim cleaning mean?
Mid-stay cleaning is a regular (short) cleaning of your apartment during your guests' stay. Ideally, this takes place every two weeks. During this time, housekeeping cleans the areas that receive the most wear and tear, such as the bathroom, kitchen, and floors. They will also gladly change the bed linens and towels. The advantage of mid-stay cleaning is twofold: firstly, your apartment's furnishings are regularly and professionally maintained; secondly, you are informed much sooner about any defects or damage, as housekeeping always checks the entire apartment during this period.

Do I need my own laundry?
No! You are welcome to use our rental linens. These are top-quality white hotel linens from the company ZOLLNER.

How does delivery/collection work?
Ideally, your holiday apartment should have a lockable cupboard in the apartment or a dry and clean basement where we can pick up and deliver the laundry.

Will I receive a contract?
Of course! This contract lists all the services booked.

How is the invoicing done?
You will always receive an invoice from us on the last day of the month. You then have 7 days to check the invoice and transfer the amount due.

I am not satisfied with the performance
It is of course possible that our team has made a mistake. In this case, we always offer you a free follow-up cleaning.
